If placeholders are not ready, the project may still have a waitlist slot. Commission payment, progress, etc. will not be conducted until assets are ready.
WIPs will be guaranteed at:
Concept (unlimited revisions)
25% completion
75% completion
Payment is conducted through PayPal. Typically, payment will happen when progress begins on a commission (thus, waitlist slots do not need to pay upfront). Unless a different form of payment is preferred, we will send an invoice that you can partially pay (50% upfront minimum).
Turnaround time will be discussed before payment; our availability and speed fluctuates depending on our schedule.
We have the right to refuse an order. If it is due to our availability, we may provide either a waitlist slot or dates when we will be available.
Refunds will only be issued if the commission is < 25% complete, and only if circumstances prevent us from delivering the commission in an accurate and/or timely manner.
